Welcome aboard Trinity Pacific at beautiful Trinity Beach.
Like many others, Trinity Pacific has been providing guests with wifi delivered by devices located on the outside of the building.
As a result the guest user experience has been compromised with low connection speeds and connectivity issues.
Not anymore. The onsite manager made the decision to put the guests first and upgrade.
As of the 19th of July 2018, guests can enjoy in room wireless with perfect connectivity and a superior wifi experience.
A DSLAM was installed neatly under the existing bench space.
Being close proximity to the ocean the room telephone outlets were in bad shape .
Each telephony socket was replaced with a more modern fitting that allowed the filter and phone to co exist.
And that is where the wifi should be. In the room with the guest.
