Port Douglas Backpackers has been supplying wifi for it’s guests for many years.
The existing system was a bit long in the tooth and guests were venting their frustration as a result.
We replaced the wireless access points with Simultaneous dual band devices using the existing cabling.
This was a straight forward refresh that was affordable and made an enormous difference to the guest experience.

There was an existing cabinet that we cleaned out removing any redundant patch leads and equipment.
A new gateway was installed to manage the guest authentication.
The new system is currently pumping with over 140GB per day usage. Needless to say, the guests are all smiles.
