Sanctuary Palm Cove had an existing 10 odd year old DSLAM (Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer) that had failed. We believe the air conditioner above had leaked on the unit.
We installed a new dslam and fixed all of the faulty telephone lines so all rooms can now dial reception.
Monitoring software was installed so the onsite manager Gerhard can keep an eye on the system and pro actively fix any issues that could arise.
Any apartments with smart tv’s were configured to connect to the individual rooms wifi network to allow netflix and other streaming apps.
