The MiHaven Living Precinct offers three purpose-built apartments within 400m of each other. This precinct is located in the Cairns CBD, close to TAFE North, JCU & CQU campuses and all language and business colleges in Cairns
System was previously outsourced to external contractor. Brief was to bring the management back in house to manage and monitor devices. New hardware was provided in some cases. Internet connections were migrated to faster and more economical plans.
